Orders placed for in-stock items typically ship within 1 business day. Regular orders placed on Fridays, holidays or weekends will be processed in the order received and within 1 business day.

 

Lost or Stolen Shipments

Can I cancel or change my order?

• We do our best to process all orders in 1 business day. If you need to change or cancel your order, please follow these steps: Use the Chat Bot or email our support team at ALPHAUNLEASHED.STORE@GMAIL.COM immediately.  We cannot promise your order can be cancelled in time, but Free Returns are offered for all Unworn, Unopened items. 

How long does it take to receive my item?

• We try to get every order out the door within 24 hours of purchase
• Shipping: Shipping time depends on delivery destination.  You will be provided with an order confirmation receipt and tracking number upon shipment.  As ALPHAunleashed promises to Expedite your shipment.  Transit time is usually 1-3 days including Saturday delivery.  
• TRANSIT TIME - We use both USPS and UPS.  We’re able to deliver your order within 1-4 days of purchase.
